You say its your birthday...

What do I want for my Birthday?

Over forty years I have made many, many birthday lists.
Some things I did get:
Socks.
Underwear. ( Not as bad as it seems)
Cash.
A $40 high tech yo-yo.
Rubber chickens, a wind-up hopping pair of lederhosen, several Schwinn Sting Ray bikes, either in yellow or green.

Some things that, while they were on many, many times, I did not get for any birthday:
A car.
World peace.
A GPS device. ( Though it was 1974)
A computer. (1965. Would’ve been kinda pricey.)

So let your conscience be your guide,
